Shanda Hartman Zavalsky
Shanda is passionate about what she does. From a young age, she has always been creative about connecting with a purpose. Now, she partners with individuals, teams and organizations helping them to build strong leadership and process. From conception to implementation, Shanda applies strategy that leads to culture alignment, leadership development and marketing improvements with a measurable return on investment.
She has more than 25 years of experience working for the prestigious accounting firms of Arthur Andersen and EY, as well as working in-house for two large law firms leading their marketing and business development teams.

Skip Picciano
Skip Picciano is a seasoned sales, lead generation and customer experience expert. He has worked with contact center leadership teams to identify technology requirements and discover practical solutions for many years.
Skip is able to create simple sales solutions and implementations that are easy to follow and engage. He leads many of our sales and business development strategy sessions providing easy to follow examples of what to do, what not to do and how to create lasting relationships that lead to more business.
